New Telephone System

As part of our continued communication with the community and feedback gained from patients, we are pleased to confirm that our new telephone system will be implemented in the Practice on 25 July.

We are not expecting there to be a significant disruption during the switchover however we may experience some technical difficulties on the day.

Please bear with us as we implement this change as our staff will be getting to grips with the new system.

We have undertaken some initial training with staff, however a lot of the training will take place once the new system is live. We have multiple technicians and engineers booked in on the day of switchover to be able to deal with any issues that may arise and hopefully facilitate a smooth transition.

We look forward to being able to offer our patients an improved and more efficient service on the phones and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valuable feedback and bearing with us as we make this change. We will be reviewing our new system at regular intervals and making any necessary changes and tweaks.

Please also note you can book appointments online. Should you wish to take advantage of the online booking, you will need to register with SystmOnline at the practice, bringing a form of identification with you.

We anticipate that the provision of further online appointments will aid in the reduction of telephone queue waiting times, which we continue to monitor.

We hope these changes will assure you that we are listening to our local community and we will continue to strive to improve and enhance the service we offer to our patients.

Many thanks for your continued support.
