Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families. We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences.

If you wish to submit positive feedback, please complete the form and return to the Surgery or visit the reception desk at the Surgery to request for a form.

If you wish to put in a complaint, please complete the Surgery’s complaint form. You can either return to the surgery by hand, post to the surgery.

January – HCA Vanessa Patient wanted to pass on positive feedback to Vanessa after having their bloods taken. The patient does not like having their bloods taken but wanted to say thank you to Vanessa who made them feel relaxed and the commented on how they never felt a thing!
May – Sister Williams,Traves, Nurse Donna, HCA Vanessa Patient sent a card through to say thank you for all of the nursing teams help after having daily dressings. They remarked on how happy the nursing team were and how it is a pleasure to talk to them.
June – All members of staff The patient wanted to pass on a huge thank you to all members of the staff here at the surgery. They attended for an appointment and wanted to let the team know they are now out of hospital and feeling much better!
August – Dr Pillai A patient’s daughter called on their behalf and wanted to say thank you to for Dr Pillai’s help when they attended the surgery. The patient attended the hospital and received the necessary treatment. They wanted to pass on a message to Dr Pillai that without his help, the patient feels as though they may not be here today.
January – Pharmacist Raj Thanks from a patient who was very pleased with how thorough Raj was during the consultation and how well he explained everything. The patient commented on how much better they feel now they now know more about their results.
