Due to the increasing demands on surgery and its services we operate an on time policy. We do appreciate that the majority of our patients arrive in plenty of time for their agreed appointment time.
We also understand that various issues may make you late for your agreed appointment time, this isn’t your fault and it isn’t the surgery’s fault. If you are unable to make your agreed appointment time we will always rebook you for the following day (where possible) or at a time that suits you.
We will also give alternatives which you may wish to access before your next appointment.
