Online Services - Avoid the Queue

“Avoid the Queue” is our online booking service.  When we implemented the new system, one of the reasons was to give patients another choice of how to book their appointments.  This went live on 12th April 2010.  If you sign up to this service you will be able to book appointments which are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at your convenience. In addition to this you will be able to use our online prescription ordering service. In addition to booking appointments, you are able to request for your medication via the online services, to request for medication it does not have to be on repeat, you can add your request in the free text box at the bottom of the page. If you require an emergency prescription, please do NOT put your request for this online, you will need to contact the Medicines Order Line. Please see the 'prescriptions' tab for more information.

registrationIf you have not already registered for the new service, you will need to sign up to receive a password. If you have previously signed up to the online service but cannot remember your password, please complete the Avoid the Queue, New Password Request Form.

DON'T DELAY - SIGN UP NOW  – Complete and sign the Online Services Form and return it to the surgery by post or in person, as soon as possible.  All patients wishing to use this service need to apply individually, i.e. one form per person.

IMPORTANT NOTE :  When using this service, please do not bookmark or copy the ordering/booking page to favourites when  ordering  your prescription or booking an appointment.  Your future orders/bookings will not be received at the Surgery if you do so.

You can save the website home page as a favourite, but you must click into the ordering/booking page link on the home page and enter your user name and password every time you use the service.  This is because the link goes directly to your Systm1 patient record.
