The Practice provision for on the day appointments with Emily (Paramedic) and Suzanne (ACP) is from 9.15 am to 4.15 pm, plus our extended hours access will be from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Saturday. This will be available from 2 November 2024 at Ragsdale House, Woodville, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 7JG, which is situated opposite the new Woodville Surgery.
Car parking facilities are available for patients and a regular bus service (numbers 4, 9 and 29) provide alternative transport. If you would like to obtain the exact location, you can use ‘What 3 Words’, which is both.create.skill.
Other appointments we currently offer, walk-in and FCP appointments, these are still taking place at Swadlincote Health Centre.
