Public Survey – 2025
A public survey is available asking the people of Derby and Derbyshire to share their experiences with accessing and using pharmacy services. The survey findings, included within the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), helps us review pharmacy provision and make recommendations for local pharmacy services to meet current and future demand.
The survey is being hosted by Derby City Council on behalf of Derby City and Derbyshire County Councils and is a collaborative project between Derby and Derbyshire Health and Wellbeing Boards.
The deadline for completion of the survey is Friday 14th March.
