Making an Appointment
To make an appointment call the Patient Services Team on 01283 217092- Option 1. The surgery is open for calls Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. Please note that calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
If you require an appointment for that day, please call the surgery at 08:00 when the appointments are released. If you do not require an appointment for that day, please call the surgery after 10:00. You can book appointments with the GP on the online service up to 5 weeks in advance, please be aware you are not able to book telephone calls from a GP, Nurse or Practice Pharmacist, book an appointment with a Nurse or our Practice Pharmacist or book an appointment for that day through the online service. You can also visit reception to book an appointment. However, appointments and advice are available all day and you do not have to ring at 08:00 to be dealt with on the day.
Please note we do not deal with dental problems - if you are not registered with a Dentist, please call 111 who will be able to provide you with your most local dental service.

Due to the increasing demands on surgery and its services we operate an On Time Policy. We do appreciate that the majority of our patients arrive in plenty of time for their agreed appointment time. We also understand that various issues may make you late for your agreed appointment time , this isn’t your fault and it isn’t the surgery’s fault. If you are unable to make your agreed appointment time we will always rebook you for the following day (where possible) or at a time that suits you. We will also give alternatives which you may wish to access before your next appointment.
