Patient’s partner came into the surgery to offer grateful thanks for the help that was given to her partner the previous day. They remarked how scared they were but how calm Dr Patel and Sophie were which helped them mange the situation.

Patient wanted everyone to know how quickly Sister Pallet and Dr Oniah dealt with their problem and how speedily they were sent to hospital. The patient came initially for a minor check up. They also wanted the team to know how much better they feel now.
